Privacy Policy — ChatGPT Image AutoGen

Effective date: October 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in the ChatGPT Image AutoGen browser extension.

1. What the Extension does

The Extension helps users queue image prompts in ChatGPT, submit those prompts through the user’s ChatGPT tab, detect completed image results, and save generated images through the browser’s download system.

2. Information the Extension handles

Depending on the features a user chooses, the Extension may handle:

3. How information is used

The Extension uses this information to:

4. Where information is stored or sent

Local browser storage

Queue data, prompts, notes, settings, progress information, selected source-image data, and account state are stored using Chrome extension storage or browser-local storage on the user’s device. The Extension uses this local data to provide its queue and recovery features.

ChatGPT and OpenAI services

When the user starts a queue, the Extension interacts with the ChatGPT website opened by the user. Prompts and any selected source images are handled by ChatGPT according to the user’s ChatGPT/OpenAI account and the applicable OpenAI terms and privacy policy.

Generated image resources may be retrieved from OpenAI-controlled image or asset hosts so the Extension can verify and save the requested result.

Extension account and usage service

For usage checks, Premium login, subscription verification, and related account features, the Extension communicates with:

https://image-autogen-30day.enassosomostafa.workers.dev

The service may receive the email address and authentication or account information needed for the requested operation. The service may also return an authentication token, subscription status, usage status, or purchase-recovery status, which the Extension stores locally to maintain the signed-in state.

Payments

If the user chooses Premium access, the Extension opens the configured Fourthwall checkout page. Fourthwall processes payment-card details; the Extension does not collect or store payment-card numbers, security codes, or other full card credentials. The Extension may receive purchase, account, and confirmation information needed to associate the purchase with the user’s account and grant the purchased 30-day access period.

Downloads

Generated images are saved using Chrome’s Downloads API. Files are saved to the user’s configured Chrome Downloads location or another folder selected through the Extension’s settings. The Extension does not upload downloaded image files to our service as part of the normal download operation.

5. Sharing and disclosure

The Extension shares information only with the services needed for the feature the user requests, including ChatGPT/OpenAI services, the Cloudflare Worker account and usage service identified above, and Fourthwall when the user starts a purchase flow. We do not share information with advertising networks through the Extension.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of the Extension, its users, or others.

6. Data retention and deletion

Most queue, prompt, note, setting, progress, source-image, and account-state information remains in Chrome storage until the user deletes it, signs out, clears the queue, removes the Extension, or clears the browser’s extension data. The Extension’s account service may retain account, usage, subscription, purchase, and security records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements.

To remove local Extension data, the user may clear the queue, sign out where applicable, remove the Extension, or clear the Extension’s site/storage data in Chrome. To request deletion of account or server-side data, contact us using the address below.

7. Security

The Extension uses Chrome extension storage and HTTPS requests for the services described above. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s privacy

The Extension is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Extension’s data practices or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
